INTERVENTION: N02.278.388.493.390 H02.403.670 Study Group: 33 patients admitted to the pediatric intensive care unit and using a mechanical ventilator will undergo an assessment of the degree of sedation using the COMFORT BEHAVIOR scale and will receive physical therapy assistance three times a day. Control Group: 33 patients hospitalized in the pediatric intensive care unit and using a mechanical ventilator will receive sedation adjustment through the evaluation of the medical team and will receive physical therapy assistance three times a day. SECONDARY OUTCOME: He hopes to find better hemodynamic stability through the variables heart rate, respiratory rate, blood pressure and peripheral oxygen saturation in the study group when compared to the control group. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Admitted to the pediatric intensive care uni; use of invasive mechanical ventilation; both genders; sedation use continues until extubation
