Accuracy Comparison of Tooth-Surface Registration and Guide-Plate Registration in Robot-Assisted Implant Surgery: a Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Control group:The personalized guide plates, 3D printed based on the patient's CBCT and intraoral scanning data, are used for intraoperative registration. The actual fabrication of the personalized guide plates is carried out using medical‐grade photopolymer 3D printers (such as DLP or SLA systems) to ensure high precision and excellent forming quality. The printing material is medical‐grade, biocompatible photo‐sensitive resin, which complies with the standards for oral surgery guide plates.;Experimental group:A universal prefabricated guide plate (made of medical grade and biocompatible photosensitive resin) was fixed to the arch of the missing tooth area by the quick‐setting resin, and the registration was performed on the natural tooth surface in the same arch; CONDITION: Dentition Defect PRIMARY OUTCOME: Apical center deviation of the implant; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Implant stability quotient;Registration operation time;Platform center deviation of the implant;Angular deviation of the implant long axis; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age >= 18 years old, gender not restricted, no systemic diseases throughout the body (such as uncontrolled diabetes, severe osteoporosis, etc.); 2. Patients with missing teeth who plan to undergo implant restoration; 3. The area of missing teeth is adjacent to at least three natural teeth without mobility, and the same side of the opposite dental row also has at least three natural teeth without mobility; 4.
