Misoprostol mifepristone for termination of pregnancy

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol after 24 hours: Mifepristone 200 mg orally followed by 400 microgram of Misoprostol per vaginally after 24 hours Control Intervention1: Mifepristone followed by Misoprostol after 48 hours: Mifepristone 200 mg orally followed by 400 microgram of Misoprostol per vaginally after 48 hours CONDITION: Medical termination of pregnancy; abortion PRIMARY OUTCOME: Efficacy of misoprostol administration 24 hours after mifepristone for early medical abortion‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: Efficacy of misoprostol administration 24 hours after mifepristone for early medical abortion SECONDARY OUTCOME: Side effects of the regimen‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: All the adverse reactions/ effects till 14 days of stopping therapy INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Intrauterine pregnancy 2. Willing for compliance and follow‐up 3. Gestational age less than 9 weeks
