A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Clinical Trial of Electro-acupuncture in Patients with Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease

INTERVENTION: Minimal acupuncture:non‐acupoint,superficial insertion;Electro‐acupuncture group:Electro‐acupuncture; CONDITION: Metabolic Associated Fatty Liver Disease PRIMARY OUTCOME: MRI‐PDFF; SECONDARY OUTCOME: MRE;blood cholesterol;blood triglycerides;Weight;Insulin resistance index(HOMA‐IR);blood low‐density lipoprotein;waistline;blood glucose;hip circumference; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Male or female patients aged 18‐65 (including 18 and 65 years old) 2. The diagnosis of MAFLD according to guidelines of the Asian Pacific Association for the Study of the Liver clinical practice 3. ALT>=1.5 XULN twice within 3 months 4. BMI>=25 kg/m2 5. liver fat (MRI‐PDFF) >=8% after run‐in period 6. Sign the informed consent form.
