At least one chronic disease (such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, chronic obstructive pneumonia, etc.); ? The number of long‐term (continuous use of 28 days or more) combined use of chemicals = 3; ? It can provide laboratory examination indicators such as blood biochemistry and blood routine in the past two weeks, and has various main clinical examination results related to the chronic disease it suffers from; ? The patient voluntarily matched and signed the informed consent form.
