Telerehabilitation for Myocardial Infarction

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Telerehabilitation: Cardiac rehabilitation (phase 2) will be provided virtually(video calls). Intervention2: Telerehabilitation: Cardiac rehabilitation will be provided virtually (video calls) Intervention3: Cardiac Telerehabilitation: Cardiac telerehabilitation will receive phase 1 in‐ patient rehabilitation prior to discharge. Cardiac telerehabilitation will be provided three days per week 30 minutes, with warm‐ up and cool‐ down session of 5 minutes each and not less than 20 minutes of exercises for four weeks through video calls. Control Intervention1: Telerehabilitation: Experimental group: telerehabilitation will be provided which includes aerobic exercises Control Intervention2: Usual Care: Control group : Usual exercises will be prescribed at the time of discharge Control Intervention3: Usual Care: Usual care will include phase 1 cardiac rehabilitation in the hospital prior to discharge. At the time of discharge, patients will be provided with home exercise programs and will be asked to follow them on a regular basis. Every one week the patients will be contacted through phone and will involve encouragement to be physically active. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: I509‐ Heart failure, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: Primary outcome measure: Six‐ minute walk distance ; (functional capacity) ; ; Timepoint: Baseline and after 4 weeks ; ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Secondary outcome measure: MacNew quality of life ; questionnaire (quality of life) ; Timepoint: Baseline and after 4 weeks ; ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Subjects diagnosed as a case of myocardial infarction by a cardiologist and underwent percutaneous coronary intervention Left ventricular ejection fraction greater than 40% Patients with first time MI
