INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Pregabalin 75mg in attenuating hemodynamic response to endotracheal intubation: Single dose of pregabalin 75 mg will be administered 90 minutes before induction of general anaesthesia based on the envelope they chose. Blood pressure and heart rate will be monitored during induction and after intubation. Control Intervention1: Pregabalin 150mg in attenuating hemodynamic response to endotracheal intubation.: Single dose of pregabalin 150 mg will be administered 90 minutes before induction of general anaesthesia based on the envelope they chose. Blood pressure and heart rate will be monitored during induction and after intubation. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K800‐ Calculus of gallbladder with acutecholecystitis PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pregabalin 150mg would be more effective than Pregabalin 75mg in attenuating blood pressure and heart rate during laryngoscopy and intubation.Timepoint: At the time of giving study drug, 90 minutes after the study drug, after induction, 1 minute, 3minute, 5minute and 10 minutes after intubation. SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the peri operative sedation score of two doses of pregabalin 75mg and 150mg.Timepoint: At the time of administration of study drug and 90 minutes after medication. To study the incidence of adverse effects during the study period.Timepoint: From the period of administration of study drug till 24hrs post operatively.
