INTERVENTION: Others(Tablet‐Based Digital Speech Therapy) : Patients with post‐stroke dysarthria will be recruited through screening. Participants who provide informed consent will be randomly allocated in a 1:1 ratio to either the self‐guided digital therapy group or the teleconsultation‐supported digital therapy group. Teleconsultation‐supported digital therapy group: Participants will undergo self‐administered speech rehabilitation using the dysarthria therapy application repeech 5 days per week for 30–60 minutes per day, supplemented by once‐weekly videoconference sessions with a speech‐language pathologist to assess treatment participation, identify difficulties with device use, monitor training progress, and provide remote therapeutic support. Self‐guided digital therapy group: Participants will undergo self‐administered speech rehabilitation using the dysarthria therapy application repeech 5 days per week for 30–60 minutes per day. Assessment schedule and frequency: Screening will be conducted once. Efficacy assessments will be performed at three time points: baseline (pre‐intervention), 4 weeks after baseline (post‐treatment), and 8 weeks after baseline (follow‐up). CONDITION: Symptoms, signs and abnormal clinical and laboratory findings, NEC PRIMARY OUTCOME: Speech Intelligibility SECONDARY OUTCOME: Diadochokinesis Maximum Phonation Time Patient Health Questionnaire‐9 Percentage of Phonemes Correct Quality of Life in the Dysarthric Speaker INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients with stroke who are neurologically stable from a clinical perspective, with the diagnosis of stroke confirmed by a physician, medical records, or neuroimaging findings. 2. Patients with objectively confirmed post‐stroke dysarthria as determined by a physician, corresponding to a score of 1 (mild) or 2 (severe) on the dysarthria item of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). 3. Patients with a Korean Mini‐Mental State Examination, 2nd Edition (K‐MMSE‐2) score of =24 obtained within 1 month prior to initiation of the digital therapeutic intervention, indicating sufficient cognitive function to use the digital therapeutic device. 4. Patients with adequate peripheral visual and auditory perceptual abilities and sufficient motor function to operate the device. This includes patients who are able to complete the assessment and treatment tutorial tasks within the digital therapeutic device. Patients who have difficulty performing these
