The effect of alfalfa seed on the treatment of male idiopathic infertility

INTERVENTION: Intervention 1: Intervention group: The sachet contains alfalfa seed powder .The dose is 6 grams per day, and each sachet contains 3 grams, which consumes the patient twice a day .Duration of use is three months .Of course, the production of alfalfa seeds is from the standard manufacturer of high‐tech products, and the identification by the specialist and the allocation of the Herbarium code and the conduct of microbial tests before taking for medication is done. Intervention 2: Control group: Three grams of wheat flour twice daily with 100 mg of chewable vitamin E are also given. CONDITION: Spermogram Parameters in Men with Idiopathic Infertility. ; Male infertility PRIMARY OUTCOME: Morphology sperm. Timepoint: Before and after three months of medication. Method of measurement: spermogram. Semen volume. Timepoint: Before and after three months of medication. Method of measurement: spermogram. Sperm count. Timepoint: Before and after three months of medication. Method of measurement: spermogram. Sperm motility. Timepoint: Before and after three months of medication. Method of measurement: spermogram. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Evaluate possible side effects. Timepoint: Before and after taking alfalfa and vitamin E. Method of measurement: Drug Complaint Checklist. Evaluation of the quality of sexual relations of patients through standard questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and after taking alfalfa and vitamin E. Method of measurement: Questionnaire and rating changes. The probable effect of the general temperament of patients in responding to treatment through standard questionnaires. Timepoint: Before giving the medication. Method of measurement: Standard Health Questionnaire. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Men aged 20‐45 with at least one year of idiopathic infertility There is at least one of the three criteria for sperm disorder (number‐movement‐morphology‐volume of semen)The presence of idiopathic oligo‐spasm disorders based on WHO criteria. The presence of sperm count is less than 15 million per ml and in general less than 39 million is called in the oligo‐spermic semen.The presence of idiopathic osteonospermia disorder based on WHO criteria (if the percentage of normal sperm motility in semen is less than 40%) is called astenospermia.The presence of idiopathic teratospasm disorders based on WHO criteria (if the percentage of spermatozoa with normal morphology in semen is less than 4% is called teratospasm) Patient Satisfaction
