INTERVENTION: control group:Placebo combined with basic Western medicine treatment;experimental group:Zhongfeng Xingnao Granules combined with Western medicine basic therapy; CONDITION: cerebral hemorrhage PRIMARY OUTCOME: Mortality rate;Absorption rate of hematoma;National Institute of Health stroke scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: modified Rankin scale;Glasgow Score;Quality of life;the Barthelinde Xof ADL; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Aged 40 to 80 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for acute hemorrhagic stroke; 3. Acute cerebral hemorrhage onset time is less than 1 week; 4. NIHSS score >= 6 points; 5. Family or I sign a written informed consent form for participation in this trial. Who meet the above 5 items at the same time can be included in the study.
