This study examines the effect of a training program based on the Jennings Disaster Nursing Management Model on disaster preparedness perception, self-efficacy, and resilience among nurses working in family health centers in Hatay, Turkey. Participants will be randomly assigned to either an intervention group, which will receive a 14-week structured training program, or a control group, which will not receive the training during the study period. Preparedness perception, self-efficacy, and resilience will be measured before and after the intervention using standardized questionnaires. The study aims to determine whether this training improves nurses\' readiness to respond to disasters in primary health care settings.
