Healing Outcomes in Intentional Replantation using CGF and Bluem Gel

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Diode Laser: 810 nm wavelength, low level laser therapy,photobiomodulation Intervention2: Bluem Gel: This involves coating of the root surface of the extracted tooth with BlueM gel which will be rinsed off with sterile saline and then the root surface will be irradiated with diode laser at 810 nm wavelength in a sweeping motion for 60 seconds on each surface before placing it back to the original socket. Intervention3: Concentrated Growth factor: This involves placing CGF gel prepared from the patients blood in the alveolar socket and the root surface of the extracted tooth will be irradiated with diode laser at 810 nm wavelength in a sweeping motion for 60 seconds on each surface before placing it back to the original socket. Control Intervention1: Diode laser (Photobiomodulation): This involves treating the root of the extracted tooth with 810 nm wavelength diode laser in a sweeping motion for 60 seconds on each surface. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K049‐ Other and unspecified diseases ofpulp and periapical tissues PRIMARY OUTCOME: To evaluate and compare the healing outcome of intentional replantation using ; diode laser, concentrated growth factor with diode laser and bluem gel with diode laser.Timepoint: Healing will be checked at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months. SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the outcome of intentional replantation using diode laser, concentrated growth factor with diode laser & bluem gel with diode laser.Timepoint: Outcome will be compared at 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months & 12 months. ; INCLUSION CRITERIA: Adult patients age between 20‐40 years. Symptomatic failed endodontically treated teeth. Lateral perforations at apical and middle third region. Clacified canal associated with radiolucency. Separated instruments with cannot be retrieved or bypassed.
