CONDITION: Health Condition 1: O‐ Medical and Surgical PRIMARY OUTCOME: To compare the mean reduction in intraocular pressure at specified postoperative intervals ; amongst GATT KDB IVENT DDH TMH trabeculectomy combined with phacoemulsificationTimepoint: 15 days 1m 2m 3m 6m 1y SECONDARY OUTCOME: To compare the reduction in number of antiglaucoma medications postoperatively ; ; To evaluate and compare intraoperative and postoperative complications among the groups ; ; To assess corneal endothelial cell density changes pre and postoperatively ; ; To analyze anterior segment parameters like angle configuration trabecular visualization etc ; using anterior segment OCT ; ; To compare surgical success rates ; ; To compare surgical time taken in different procedures. ; ; To assess visual acuity outcomes following combined surgeryTimepoint: 3m 6m 1y INCLUSION CRITERIA: Diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma with visually significant cataract that is BCVA less than 6/9 attributable primarily to cataract. Preop IOP more than 21mmHg without AGM or IOP more than 18mmHg with AGM, patients unable to tolerate AGM. Open angle confirmed by gonioscopy. Vertical CD ratio equal or more than 0.8:1 Glaucomatous visual field defects with MD less than ‐12dB. Able and willing to attend scheduled follow‐ up visits. Able and willing to provide informed consent.
