Efficacy of combined ultrasound-guided C2 dorsal root ganglion pulsed radiofrequency and stellate ganglion block in patients with cervicogenic headache

INTERVENTION: Control group:Radiofrequency ablation therapy;Experimental group:Combined with stellate ganglion block therapy on the basis of radiofrequency ablation therapy; CONDITION: Cervicogenic headache PRIMARY OUTCOME: Headache frequency;Headache intensity score; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Usage of painkillers after treatment;Adverse reaction incidence; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Gender: male or female; 2.Age: 18–65 years; 3.Diagnosed with cervicogenic headache; 4.High level of cooperation, able to complete all required assessments; 5.Informed consent signed by the patient and family members; 6.Not participating in any other clinical trial.
