INTERVENTION: A:every 5‐10 g / bag a time, three times a day for Banlangen Chongji; every 5‐10 g / bag a time, three times a day for Yinqiaosan Variational Formula, it was usually taken with 50 to 100 ml water. ;B:The concentration of Both Banlangen and Yinqiaosan are 1/10, and their taking frequency and quantity were the same to that of Intervention Group ;C:Every 5 to 10 g / bag a time, three times a day for Banlangen Chongji; every 5 to 10 g / bag a time, three times a day for Yinqiaosan Variational Formula, it was usually taken with 50 to 100 ml water. ;D:The concentration of Both Banlangen and Yinqiaosan are 1/10, and their taking frequency and quantity were the same to that of Intervention Group. ; CONDITION: Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection PRIMARY OUTCOME: Inefficiency and Complication Rate;Cure Rat; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Leucocyte count;Leukocyte classification;Alleviation degree of symptoms every da; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients with Wind‐fever could of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection regardless of gender, aged 12‐602. Wind‐fever could of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection is defined as acute nasopharyngitis and classified as wind‐fever cold as per Chinese medicine. 3. Patients suffering from wind‐fever cold of Acute Upper Respiratory Tract Infection no more than 2 days4. Patients taking not any other medication and receiving no treatment measure.
