INTERVENTION: Test group:Basic treatment+Fumigation of "soft wound lotion";Control group:Basic treatment + oral celecoxib capsule; CONDITION: Knee osteoarthropathy PRIMARY OUTCOME: Total effective rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Quantitative score of TCM Syndrome;VAS;Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Inde Xscore; INCLUSION CRITERIA: ? Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for knee osteoarthritis and KL grade I‐III; ? Age = 50 years old; ? Patients who have received other treatment but have gone through a washout period of more than 7 days; ? Agree to participate in this study and voluntarily sign the informed consent form, which can cooperate with the follow‐up.
