INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Task‐Oriented Functional Loading Exercise combined with Rhythmic Stabilization Technique: Total Intervention Duration: 6 weeks Frequency of Intervention: 3 times a week Detailed Intervention Plan & Exercise‐Specific Frequencies: The intervention includes Task‐Oriented Functional Loading Exercises combined with Rhythmic Stabilization, alongside conventional therapeutic exercises and lower limb stretching. The specific breakdown per session is as follows: Task‐Oriented Functional Loading Exercises: Unilateral Balance: Hold 30 seconds each leg Squat with Arms Forward: Continuous dynamic movement for 60 seconds Lateral Squats: Alternate sides for 1 minute Forward and Backward Leans: 1 repetition forward and 1 backward, holding 30 seconds each direction Squat with Diagonal Reach: 30 seconds each direction Walk Around Obstacle: Continuous walking for 1 minute Rotation Lunges: Alternate sides for 1 minute Lunge and Chop: 30 seconds each side Stair Climbing: Continuous movement for 1 minute Rhythmic Stabilization Technique: Alternating isometric contractions performed for 3 sets of 10 repetitions. Each stretch is performed for 3 repetitions, holding for 30 seconds. Control Intervention1: Conventional Exercise Program: Conventional Therapeutic Exercises: Straight Leg Raises (Supine, Prone, Side‐Lying, Sitting), Static Quadriceps & Hamstrings, Hip Adductor & Abductor Isometrics, Clamshell, Sit to Stand, and Bridging Exercises. Each exercise is performed for 10 repetitions, with a 10‐second hold where applicable. Lower Limb Stretching: Hamstring, Calf, Quadriceps, and IT Band stretches. Each stretch is performed for 3 repetitions, holding for 30 seconds.
