Experimental group 2: 30 individuals with cervical pain, of both sexes, will receive a single application of laser acupuncture (wavelength of 808 nm; power of 80 mW), at the same respective points (Tianzhu; Fengchi; Jianjing; Jianzhongshu), bilaterally stimulated. H02.004 CONDITION: 32948 Cervical pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: Evaluate the intensity of chronic cervical pain in the before and after therapies. It will be checked using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). It is expected to find a lower value in the NRS immediately after the end of the therapies. SECONDARY OUTCOME: Assess changes in pain intensity and cervical disability. Pain will be checked using: Pressure Pain Threshold (algometry); Temporal sum test; Conditioned Modulation of Pain; and reduced consumption of analgesic medications. ; The improvement in cervical disability will be verified using: Cervical Disability Index; Perception of the Global Effect. ; It is expected to find lower values ??in pain, disability and reduced consumption of analgesics after therapies. INCLUSION CRITERIA: Volunteers of both sexes aged between 18 and 60 years old and neck pain of at least 3 months; obtain a score greater than or equal to 3 points for pain intensity on the Numerical Pain Scale; have completed elementary school, consent to random allocation.
