A clinical Trial to study effects of two drugs nitroglycerine plus diltiazem and Nicorandil used to prevent contraction of your artery in the arm during the angiography when radial artery is used for Cathetarisation

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: nicorandil: 4 mg Control Intervention1: NTG (100 microgms ) plus diltiazem ( 5 mg): NTG (100 microgms ) plus diltiazem ( 5 mg) CONDITION: All patient will have standard indications for coronary angiography. All patients would be Allens test positive and suitable for radial angiography PRIMARY OUTCOME: The radial artery diameters immediately post sheath insertion and after the antispasmodics will be measured at 3 different levels using standard automated QCA .; ; The vasodilatory response will be calculated as the percentage increase between the pre and post medication diameters, taking the mean of the three values.; We will finally compare the change in the vasodilatory reponse between the two groups.; ‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: 1 SECONDARY OUTCOME: Nill‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: Nill INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. All patient will have standard indications for coronary angiography. 2. All patients would be Allens test positive and suitable for radial angiography
