Effect of Unani formulation in Shaqiqa Migraine without Aura

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Habb (Tablet): It is a classsical Unani formulation taken from Al‐Qarabadeen. The formulation comprises of 7 herbal drugs namely, Elwa (Aloe barbedensis) Afsanteen (Artemisia absenthium) Mastagi (Pistacia lenticus) Hanzal (Citrullus colocynthis) Saqmonia (Convolvulus scammonia) Ghariqoon(Polyporus officinalis) Aab‐i‐karfas(Apium graveolence). The formulation will be given 1.5 gram orally three times a day for 45 days. Control Intervention1: Tablet: Tablet Flunarizine 10 mg will be given at bed time for 45 days CONDITION: Health Condition 1: G430‐ Migraine without aura PRIMARY OUTCOME: MIDAS (Migraine Disability Assessment scale)Timepoint: 45 days. SECONDARY OUTCOME: VAS (Visual Analog scale) ; Headache frequency (from daily headache diary )Timepoint: 45 days. INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Clinically diagnosed patient of Migraine without Aura according to ICHD‐3 criteria. 2) Patients in age group of 18 to 65 years. 3) Irrespective of gender. 4) Patients, who are ready to sign the informed consent, follow the protocol and willing to participate in clinical study voluntarily 5) Willing to complete daily diary (as mentioned in objective parameter)
