INTERVENTION: Intervention1: oral misoprostol 25 microgram 2hours apart with maximum five doses (10 hours maximum): to see its effect on cervical ripening Intervention2: Oral misoprostol: 25 microgram 2hours apart with maximum of 5 doses (10hours maximum) Control Intervention1: intracervical dinoprostone 0.5 mg ,1 dose only, maximum 6 hours.: to see its effect on cervical ripening Control Intervention2: Intracervical dinoprostone: 0.5mg dinoprostone, maximum of 6 hours CONDITION: Health Condition 1: ‐ PRIMARY OUTCOME: Need for oxytocin useTimepoint: 1 year SECONDARY OUTCOME: Successful cervical ripening.16 (Bishop â?¥6 or improvement in Bishop score â?¥2) ; Cesarean section for failed Induction ; First dose to delivery interval ; Occurrence of hyperstimulation ; APGAR at 5 min 7 ; ; ; ; ; Timepoint: 1 year INCLUSION CRITERIA: Singleton live pregnancy with cephalic presentation Gestational age >=37 weeks Spontaneous premature rupture of membrane confirmed by history and examination Bishop score <6.
