Clinical Research on the Treatment of Acute Gouty Arthritis of Dampness-Heat and Toxicity Accumulation Type with Detoxifying and Kidney-Tonic Granules Combined with Puncture and Bloodletting

INTERVENTION: treatment group:The treatment of Jiedu Bushen Granules combined with bloodletting and acupressure;control group:Take colchicine tablets and celecoxib capsules orally; CONDITION: acute gouty arthritis PRIMARY OUTCOME: TCM syndrome points; SECONDARY OUTCOME: visual analogue scales;erythrocyte sedimentation rate;Hypersensitive C‐reactive protein;serum uric acid level; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) It meets the TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria for acute gouty arthritis of damp‐heat and toxin accumulation type; (2) It meets the diagnostic criteria for acute gouty arthritis in Western medicine; (3) Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score < 7 points; (4) Rule out other acute arthritis; (5) Aged between 20 and 65, without any major diseases; (6) The patient and his/her family members have given informed consent and signed the informed consent form.
