INTERVENTION: control group:no intervention;Treatment group:Wearable devices combined with Baduanjin;Treatment group:Wearable devices; CONDITION: Metabolic syndrome PRIMARY OUTCOME: HOMA‐IR; SECONDARY OUTCOME: BMI;Blood glucose;TCM symptom score;Exercise adherence;Blood pressure;EQ‐5D health inde Xscale;Body fat rate;Blood fat; INCLUSION CRITERIA: ?Age between 18 and 70 years old. ?Patients in the outpatient clinic and ward of the Department of Endocrinology of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. ?Patients who meet the diagnosis of metabolic syndrome; and BMI = 24 kg/m2 . ?Those who signed the informed consent form.
