INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Kasahara Dashemani Vati 500mg 8 weeks: dosage according to body weight (Clark?s rule with 12 grams as adult daily dose) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 8 weeks Intervention2: Kasahara Dashemani Vati 500mg: dosage according to body weight (Clark rule with 12 grams as adult daily dose) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 8 weeks Control Intervention1: Indukanta Vati 500mg: dosage according to body weight (Clark?s rule) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 8 weeks Control Intervention2: Indukanta Vati 500mg: dosage according to body weight (Clark?s rule with 12 grams as adult daily dose) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 8 weeks Control Intervention3: Indukanta Vati 500mg: dosage according to body weight (Clark rule with 12 grams as adult daily dose) thrice daily after food with honey for a duration of 8 weeks CONDITION: Kasa (recurrent cough) PRIMARY OUTCOME: Changes in Subsidence of the clinical signs and symptoms Absence of recurrence during follow up Changes in hematological parameters and Biomarker indices‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: 8 weeks ; ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Changes in general health conditions like height Body weight Agni Bala Deha Bala Chetas Bala‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: 16 weeks INCLUSION CRITERIA: Children of both sex belonging to age group 3 to 12 years Patient presenting with the symptoms of Kasa Patient should have recurrence at least once in a month for minimum of six months
