Effect of ayurvedic medicine -Hansapadadi Kashay Ghan tablet and Gandamala Kandan Rasa along with Katutumbi Taila Nasya in hypothyroidism.

TSH levels greater than or equal to 5.6mIU/L to less than or equal to 14.9mIU/L 2. Patients having signs and symptoms of Hypothyroidism i.e., weight gain, cold intolerance, fatigue, dry skin, dry hair, menorrhagia, constipation, hoarseness of voice, alopecia, aches and pains, muscle stiffness, deafness, depression, infertility, psychosis, periorbital edema, anaemia, bradycardia, hypertension. 3. Nasya Arha 4. Patient taking constant dose conventional treatment since last 6 weeks and willing to switch to ayurveda treatment. 5. Patients having classical symptoms of medo dhtvagnimandya according to Ayurveda ( through Agni assessment proforma ).
