Efficacy and Safety of Acupuncture Combined with Letrozole in the Treatment of Infertility Due to Phlegm-Dampness Type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

INTERVENTION: Intervention Group:Acupuncture + Letrozole;Control Group:Letrozole; CONDITION: Infertility PRIMARY OUTCOME: Follicle size, Endometrial thickness;Blood Estrogen Level;Ovulation;Pregnancy rate; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Symptom scoring; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for PCOS and be classified as phlegm‐dampness type according to TCM syndrome differentiation; 2) Aged 25‐35 years; 3) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form; 4) Enrolled patients have patent bilateral fallopian tubes and normal semen analysis of their spouses; 5) Failure to conceive after 1 year of regular unprotected intercourse.
