Polyvinyl Alcohol Eye Drops Combined with Acupuncture for Dry Eye Disease: A Prospective Randomized Controlled Trial

INTERVENTION: Basic Treatment Group:Health education and counseling without medical intervention.;Polyvinyl alcohol treatment group:Using polyvinyl alcohol eye drops for treating dry eye syndrome patients.;Acupuncture Treatment Group:Using acupuncture to treat dry eye syndrome patients.;Polyvinyl alcohol combined with acupuncture treatment group:Using acupuncture plus polyvinyl alcohol eye drops for the treatment of dry eye patients.; CONDITION: Dry eye PRIMARY OUTCOME: Tear Film Break‐Up Time; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Ocular Surface Symptom Scoring;Corneal Fluorescein Staining;Serum and tear inflammatory factors; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for dry eye syndrome: OSDI score =13 points, BUT =5 seconds (average of 3 measurements), Schirmer I test =5 mm/5 minutes (without topical anesthesia), corneal fluorescein staining =5 punctate staining points; (2) Age 18–70 years, gender unrestricted; (3) Disease duration =3 months; (4) Have not received systemic dry eye treatment in the past month; (5) Voluntarily participate and sign the informed consent form.
