有氧运动加弹力带对正常高值血压人群血压及心血管病危险因素的干预 / Intervention of aerobic exercise plus elastic band on blood pressure and risk factors of cardiovascular disease in normal high blood pressure population

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of aerobic-exercise and elastic brace on blood pressure and cardiovascular disease risk factors in the high-normal blood pressure people. METHODS: A total of 120 high-normal blood pressure people were enrolled as survey subjects, and divided into the control group,aerobic exercise group(AER)and aerobic exercise combined elastic brace(AER+RES)group. The cardiovascular risk factors such as blood pressure, body mass index(BMI), fasting blood glucose(FBS), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) etc were measured before and after 24 weeks exercise intervention. RESULTS: The SBP, DBP, TG, FPG, hs-CRP showed a significantly decreased in AER and AER+RES group after 24 weeks exercise intervention , and HDL-C was improved significantly(P<0.05). Compared with AER group the DBP、FPG、hs-CRP were decreased significantly in AER+RES group(P<0.05), and each index in the control group were not significantly different before and after the experiment. CONCLUSION: The aerobic-exercise combined elastic brace in the high-normal blood pressure people decreased blood pressure and controled a variety of cardiovascular disease risk factors, indicating that aerobic exercise combined elastic brace played an important role in the prevention of hypertension and its complications.
