A randomized controlled clinical trial of treating uraemia related skin pruritus with self-made Fuhuang Zhiyang decoction

INTERVENTION: A:traditional chinese compound;B:Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine;C:Placebo plus western medicine;D:placebo; CONDITION: Uremic pruritus PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS score;Improved itch score for Mettang;endorphin;dynorphin;dynorphin; SECONDARY OUTCOME: ß2‐MG;PTH; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) uremia has been diagnosed and is currently undergoing hemodialysis treatment; (2) pruritus in accordance with relevant diagnostic criteria in literature; (3) no use or discontinuation of other drugs for the treatment of pruritus for more than 1 week; (4) no other diseases causing itching of the skin; (5) voluntarily participate in the experimental study and have signed the informed consent;
