A multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-based parallel-controlled clinical study of Bushen Huoxue Decoction for treatment of coronary heart disease in stable angina pectoris with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Bushen Huoxue Granules + Conventional Western Medicine;Control group:Placebo Granules + conventional Western medicine; CONDITION: Coronary heart disease in stable angina pectoris PRIMARY OUTCOME: The effect of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris; SECONDARY OUTCOME: The effect of TCM Syndromes of coronary heart disease and angina pectoris;Stop and decrease of nitroglycerin;ECG efficacy;Seattle Angina Questionnaiire;Blood lipid efficacy;Cardiovascular endpoint;Safety evaluation; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Follow the diagnostic criteria for stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease; 2. Patients who diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by TCM syndromes; 3. Patients aged between 40 and 80 years; 4. Patients who voluntarily sign the informed consent.
