Randomized controlled trial of fire acupuncture combined with western medicine to improve acute herpes zoster neuralgia

INTERVENTION: Ordinary acupuncture group:Basic drugs + Ordinary acupuncture;Basic Group:Basic drugs;Fire needle group:Basic drugs + Fire needle; CONDITION: Acute Herpes Zoster PRIMARY OUTCOME: VAS Pain Scale; SECONDARY OUTCOME: PSQI;HAMD;Incidence of neuralgia;SF‐36;HAMA; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1) Those who meet the above‐mentioned Western and Chinese medical diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster;? ? (2) Age between 18 and 75, no gender limitation;? ? (3) Patients with herpes and pain occurring within 1‐7 days without receiving antiviral, analgesic, nerve nutrition, acupuncture and other traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment;? ? (4) Those who have signed the informed consent to understand and accept the treatment plan in this study.
