It was combined with PCIA, with a concentration of 0.1 mg/ml of tegretol, totaling 100 ml. The background dose was set at 0, and the PCA was administered in a single dose of 1 ml each time, with a lockout time of 20 minutes;Control group:For the control group patients, sufentanil 0.1 µg/kg was added at the end of the surgery, combined with PCIA, with a sufentanil concentration of 2 µg/ml, totaling 100 ml. The background dose was set at 0, and the PCA single dose increment was 1 ml per time, with a lockout time of 20 minutes.; CONDITION: Hip fracture in the elderly PRIMARY OUTCOME: Area under the pain score curve at 48 hours postoperatively; SECONDARY OUTCOME: The number of PCA iterations;Recovery of analgesic effect frequency within 0–48 hours;IL‐6;IL‐8;First PCA time; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.ASA grade II‐III; 2. for patients over 65 years old who plan to undergo hip fracture surgery under general anesthesia, either artificial femoral head replacement or anti‐rotation intramedullary nails can be used as surgical methods.
