INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Homoeopathic Medicine: Homoeopathic medicines will be given as adjuvant to the standard care. Medicine will be selected based on sign s and symptoms of patients keeping in view homoeopathic philosophy. Homoeopathic medicines in dilutions of centesimal potency (30C, 200C, and 1M) procured from any of the approved Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) firms. For each dose 4 pills of medicated globules will be administered. the frequency of repitition will be according the severity of symptoms at a interval of 2hr/4hr/6hr. Control Intervention1: Placebo: The comparator group will receive Dispensing alcohol moistened globules as an adjuvant to standard care.The dosing and repetition of of placebo will similar to the medicine group. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: B972‐ Coronavirus as the cause of diseases classified elsewhere PRIMARY OUTCOME: Clinical recovery of patient or requirement of life support (ventilator)/ death. ; Timepoint: Every 24 hours SECONDARY OUTCOME: i. Time to fever clearance ; ii. Change in severity of symptoms as per clinical syndromes associated with COVID ‐ 19 infection. ; iii. Time to resolution of pneumonia ; iv. Time to recovery in terms of 2 negative test for Covid‐19 ; v. Period of hospital stay ; vi. Requirement of conventional medication till clinical improvement ; Timepoint: Every 24 hours INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Hospitalized symptomatic patients with confirmed COVID‐19 and are 2. Age between 18 years to 80 years of both gender 3. Willing to give signed written informed consent
