INTERVENTION: Test Group:Each subject received three types of STN‐TIS interventions (20 Hz, 130 Hz, and sham) in a randomized order. Subjects were randomly assigned to one of si Xpossible treatment sequences (ABC, ACB, BAC, BCA, CAB, CBA) according to a Latin square design to control for potential order effects.; CONDITION: Freezing of Gait PRIMARY OUTCOME: Total duration of freezing of gait episodes; SECONDARY OUTCOME: non‐motor function;Subjective severity of freezing of gait;Safety and tolerability;Multimodal electrophysiological and imaging indicators;motor function; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Meet the clinical diagnostic criteria for idiopathic Parkinson’s Disease established by the UK Brain Bank; 2. Score >= 1 on the New Freezing of Gait Questionnaire (NFOGQ), and clinically diagnosed with freezing of gait (FOG) by physicians; 3. Hoehn‐Yahr stage 1 to 4; 4. Aged 45–75 years old; 5. Intact cognitive function, capable of understanding study procedures and cooperating with interventions and assessments; 6. Able to walk independently without walking aids; 7. No prior deep brain stimulation (DBS) implantation or other intracorporeal implantable device treatments; 8. Stable dosages of anti‐Parkinsonian medications for at least 2 weeks before enrollment, and agreement to maintain the original medication regimen throughout the study period; 9. The patient or their legal guardian voluntarily agrees to participate in this study and signs the informed consent form.
