INTERVENTION: A08.800.050 Behavioural E01.370.600.875.500 K01.602 Volunteers will be randomized to three (03) groups, as follows. Experimental group: 13 male volunteers with obesity overweight hear a Brazilian music (Rindo da Saudade by Ulisses Rocha); Control Group A: 13 male volunteers with obesity overweight hear classical music (Brandenburg Concerto of Johannes Sebastian Bach (BWV 1048)); Control Group B: 13 male volunteers with obesity overweight hear a song of your choice. Each volunteer will be submitted for execution of the song once. All songs will have a 20 minute run time and, therefore, will be edited by the specific software under the guidance of a musical coach. The songs are played by music software contained in the equipment "Tablet" to be used for all volunteers, properly connected to the headset with handle and full ear coverage. The protocol will be held on a single day in the afternoon. For the day of the experiment will be instructed to not eating stimulating beverages like tea and coffee, not engaging in physical activity of unusual intensity in the 24 hours that precede the protocol and conducting snacks until two hours before the protocol. The collection will take place in a quiet room with a stretcher. Initially volunteers will be submitted for evaluation by collecting personal, anthropometric and clinical data. During registration data you will be asked to volunteer do not move too much, do not sleep, do not talk, do not remove the headset and stay without "stress" mental. After hemodynamic stabilization starts recording the heartbeat over 20 minutes (baseline data). The sequence will begin execution of the music for 20 minutes. CONDITION: C18.654.726.500 C23.888.144.699 Obesity, Overweight ; C18.654.726.500 ; C23.888.144.699 PRIMARY OUTCOME: Increased heart rate variability (HRV) and adjust the sympathovagal balance while running music verified by the mathematical algorithm Fast Fourier Transform from the statistically significant variation of finding the total power expressed in ms2 (corresponding to HRV) and a ratio close to 01 among the low frequency components (sympathetic component) and high frequency (parasympathetic component). SECONDARY OUTCOME: Increased heart rate variability (HRV) and adjust the sympathovagal balance the first five minutes of music running in each group verified by the mathematical algorithm Fast Fourier Transform from the variation of finding statistically significant at total power expressed in ms2 (corresponding to HRV) and a ratio close to 01 among the low frequency components (sympathetic component) and high frequency (parasympathetic component). INCLUSION CRITERIA: INCLUSION CRITERIA: healthy volunteers; male gender; aged between 18 and 35 years; body mass index (BMI) above 24.9 kg / m2. This sample was chosen by recognized experience an increased sympathetic activity. Individuals will be recruited from advertisements carried in the Mackenzie University and Federal University of Sergipe .
