INTERVENTION: Intervention Group:Following general anesthesia, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) was administered at Hegu (LI4), Neiguan (PC6), Zusanli (ST36) and Sanyinjiao (SP6) until the end of surgery.;control group:Following the induction of general anesthesia, transcutaneous electrical acupoint stimulation (TEAS) electrode pads were applied to the Hegu (LI4), Neiguan (PC6), Zusanli (ST36), and Sanyinjiao (SP6) acupoints. The electrodes were connected to the lead wires, but the power supply was kept off until the conclusion of the surgery.; CONDITION: hip fracture PRIMARY OUTCOME: Incidence of early postoperative fatigue; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Serum interleukin‐1ß;High‐sensitivity C‐reactive protein (hs‐CRP);Serum interleukin‐6;Neutrophil‐to‐Lymphocyte Ratio;Postoperative sleep quality score; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Patients diagnosed with hip fracture without combined other fractures, scheduled for elective surgical treatment. 2.Aged from 60 to 74 years old. 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification ?–?. 4.
