Study to determine effect of naturopathy and yoga treatment in patients of osteoarthritis of knee

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: naturopathy and yoga treatments: Control Intervention1: waitlist control: CONDITION: osteoarthritis of knee PRIMARY OUTCOME: Walking Pain: Visual analog scale.; Patient Global Assessment: Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC).; ‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: Baseline, 10 days and 21days SECONDARY OUTCOME: Knee Circumference.; General Health Status (SF‐36); 5Patient global assessment (100mm visual analogue scale [VAS]); Medication use: Requirement of pain medication before intervention, during and after; Physical performance: ; a. 50 feet walk time; b. Time to climb stairs; c. Time to get down stairs ; 8. Weight in kgs‐‐‐‐‐‐Timepoint: Baseline, 10 days and 21days INCLUSION CRITERIA: Documented radiographic changes of osteoarthritis (Kellgren‐Lawrence grade > 2) at the time of rheumatologic screening Palpable synovial swelling on clinical examination. 30 years of age or greater Pre‐randomization VAS score between 4 and 9 Must be taking analgesic or non steroidal anti‐inflammatory agents for control of pain
