INTERVENTION: CONDITION: Health Condition 1: L50‐ Urticaria PRIMARY OUTCOME: Changes in urticaria activity score 7 scaleTimepoint: at baseline 0 and 8th day SECONDARY OUTCOME: 1. Changes in visual analog scale, from baseline and at 8th days ; 2. changes in 5 D itch scale, from baseline and at 8th days ; 3. Changes in the wheals scale from baseline and at the 8th daysTimepoint: baseline 0th day and 8th day INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Subjects presenting classical sign and symptoms of sheetapitta 2.Subjects suffering from acute and chronic urticaria 3.Subjects who are willing to participate 4.Drug induced 5.Contact induced 6.Subjects having Eosinophilia
