Dydrogesterone Vs Combined Oral Contraceptive Pills for Treatment of Functional Ovarian cysts

INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Dydrogesterone: Dydrogesterone is a highly selective progestogen, and due to its unique structure, unlike progesterone and many other progestins, binds almost exclusively to the progesterone receptor. Dydrogesterone is given for 3 months 10mg twice day till the number or the size of the cyst gets reduced Control Intervention1: Combined Oral Contraceptive pills: The pill contains two important hormones: a progestin (a synthetic form of the hormone progestogen/progesterone) and estrogen (usually ethinylestradiol and 17β estradiol) CONDITION: Health Condition 1: N830‐ Follicular cyst of ovary PRIMARY OUTCOME: The recession of cysts in time duration of 3 months ; Change in the menstrual pattern (frequency, regularity, duration and volume) ; Timepoint: The recession of cysts in time duration of 3 months ; Change in the menstrual pattern (frequency, regularity, duration and volume) ; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Duration of treatment needed ; Side effects ; Nausea, ; Vomiting, ; Weight gain, ; Acne, ; Effect on liver function tests ; Serious complications like thromboembolism delayed menses after treatment, drug interactions ; Timepoint: 3 months INCLUSION CRITERIA: Female participants at reproductive age of (18‐44) years Ovarian cyst of diameter 3‐10cm in size, present on one side with a single locule and content should be clear BMI: participants with BMI (18.5‐24.9) of normal range and overweight category (25‐ 29.9) included
