INTERVENTION: The experimental design of this research will be constituted by the initial physiotherapeutic evaluation with collection of patient data, history and also radiological evaluation, if possible, to exclude possible fractures. After entering the research, the volunteers will be submitted to the following evaluations: pain (numerical pain scale, functionality (Quebec and Rolland Morris Lumbar Disability Questionnaire), quality of life (Oswestry Disability Index), trunk flexion and extension mobility test, emotional state (Numeric Anxiety Scale and Beck Depression Inventory) and analysis of the perception of the global effect of the treatment. It should be noted that these assessments will be carried out before and after the treatments. Participants will undergo interventions twice a week over a period of 6 weeks, totaling 12 sessions. Control Group: volunteers will be submitted to a standard program of conventional rehabilitation that will happen through the use of exercises that include strengthening, stretching, mobilization, coordination and stabilization of the abdominal, lumbar, pelvic and lower limb muscles; Ozone Group: volunteers will be submitted to the exercise protocol and the application of ozone therapy with an injector tip for application in 10 points in the lumbar region, using the subcutaneous technique. CONDITION: C23.888.592.612.107 Low back pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain intensity after 12 sessions, being evaluated by the Numerical Pain Scale SECONDARY OUTCOME: Disability after 12 sessions, as assessed by the Oswestry Disability Index Emotional state and anxiety after 12 sessions, being evaluated through the Numerical Scale for Anxiety and Depression by the Beck Depression Inventory Functional Capacity after 12 sessions, being evaluated using the Rolland‐Morris Questionnaire Lumbar flexion and extension mobility after 12 sessions, being evaluated by goniometer Perception of treatment after 12 sessions, being evaluated by the Perception of Global Effect Assessment Work Activities after 12 sessions, being evaluated by the Quebec Lumbar Disability Questionnaire INCLUSION CRITERIA: non‐specific chronic low back pain defined as pain or discomfort between the costal margins and inferior gluteal folds with or without pain referred to the lower limbs; persistent symptoms for at least 3 months; both sexes; age between 35 to 60 years
