INTERVENTION: Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: intervention with lidocaine spray along with Deltaza XPower Ice cooling spray, for this group, 10 puffs equivalent to 100 mg of 10% lidocaine solution (manufactured by Iran Daru Company) along with 10 puffs of Power Ice Deltaza Xcooling spray (manufactured by Delta Daru Company) for a period of It will be used for 5 minutes on the location of vein extraction in a circle with a diameter of 3 cm.
