The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of an 8-week FIFA 11+ warm-up program on selected motor performance parameters in young male soccer players aged 17-18 years. Participants were randomly assigned to either the experimental group (FIFA 11+ program) or the control group (traditional warm-up program). Key motor performance outcomes including sprint performance (10m and 20m), vertical jump (countermovement jump), flexibility (sit-and-reach), static balance (flamingo balance), agility (505 agility), and upper-body explosive power (backward medicine ball throw) were evaluated before and after the 8-week intervention.
