Evaluate the safety and efficacy of Ankura ?stent graft for the treatment of aortic endovascular: a prospective, multi-center, randomized clinical trial

INTERVENTION: Test group:Using Ankura ? stent graft system for the treatment;Control group:Using Ankura stent graft system for the treatment; CONDITION: Thoracic aortic aneurysm,Thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm and Aortic dissection PRIMARY OUTCOME: The incidence of 30 days without major equipment related adverse events; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1) Aged >=18 years; 2) The patient or legal representative is able to understand and willing to provide written informed consent to participate in the trial; 3) The patient is diagnosed with aortic dissection of Standford B; 4) The patient is diagnosed with thoracic aortic aneurysm, the anchoring area distance left subclavian artery >= 20mm (or the anchoring area distance left common carotid artery>=20mm and the left vertebral artery isn't the advantage artery); Distal distance the celiac artery >=20mm; The diameter of aneurysm neck is between 20mm and 42mm; 5) The patient with at least 1 years survival expectancy.
