INTERVENTION: Group 1: At the end of the laparoscopic procedure, the trocar wounds are infiltrated with 0.5% lidocaine (1–5 mL per wound, depending on the incision length), taking into account the maximum allowable weight‐adapted total dose. Group 2: In this group, a bilateral ultrasound‐guided TAP block is performed at the end of surgery. CONDITION: Postoperative pain after laparoscopic lower abdominal procedures in children PRIMARY OUTCOME: Pain score (NRS) and cumulative analgesic consumption 3 hours postoperatively SECONDARY OUTCOME: Pain scores at 1, 6, and 12 hours postoperatively. For patients with peritonitis, the following additional outcomes are assessed: bowel function (peristalsis score 0–3, time to first flatus or bowel movement), level of mobilization (stages 1–5), and diet progression (clear liquids, transitional diet, regular diet – each recorded in hours after the end of surgery) INCLUSION CRITERIA: Children after laparoscopic lower abdominal surgery
