Efficacy of continuous sacral 2-4 nerves block versus pudendal nerve block for pudendal neuralgia: a randomized controlled trial

INTERVENTION: Experimental group:Continuous block of sacral 2‐4 nerves under CT guidance;Control group:Ultrasound‐guided pudendal nerve block; CONDITION: Chronic pain PRIMARY OUTCOME: Visual analogue scale, VAS; SECONDARY OUTCOME: Self‐rating depression scale, SDS; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Pain is located in a non‐nerve distribution region; 2. Increased pain intensity while sitting; 3. No pain symptoms at night; 4. Pain without objective sensory impairment; 5. Pain relief through diagnostic PNB; 6. Pain symptoms are related to sexual dysfunction. Diseases of obstetrics, gynecology, urology and proctology in relevant departments have been eliminated without any physical and mental disorders; 7. Chronic neuropathic pain that has lasted at least 6 months according to the criteria of the Neuropathic Pain Diagnostic Questionnaire (DN4); 8. Ineffective treatment by other departments; 9. Patients aged over 18 years.
