INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Titanium platelet rich fibrin: T‐PRF will be prepared immediately prior to placement. Approximately 5 mL of venous blood will be collected in a sterile medical‐grade titanium tube without anticoagulant and centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes using a calibrated tabletop centrifuge with appropriate balancing. The T‐PRF clot will be carefully retrieved using sterile instruments and placed directly into the extraction socket once at the time of extraction. The clot will be stabilized by primary closure using 3‐0 Vicryl sutures. Extraction will be performed by a single experienced operator, while T‐PRF preparation will be carried out by a trained assistant under standardized aseptic conditions. Control Intervention1: Leucocyte platelet rich fibrin: L‐PRF will be prepared immediately prior to placement. Approximately 5 mL of venous blood will be collected in sterile glass tubes without anticoagulant and centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 20 minutes using a calibrated tabletop centrifuge, with appropriate balancing. The L‐PRF clot will be separated from the red blood cell layer using sterile instruments and placed into the extraction socket once at the time of extraction. The clot will be stabilized using 3‐0 Vicryl sutures. Extraction and L‐PRF placement will be performed by a single experienced operator under standardized aseptic conditions. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K089‐ Disorder of teeth and supporting structures, unspecified PRIMARY OUTCOME: CBCT derived bone density values expressed in Hounsfield Units within the extraction socketTimepoint: 3 months SECONDARY OUTCOME: Infection,Dry socket,Wound dehiscence,Delayed healing ; Timepoint: 1week and 3months INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1.Patients requiring extraction of a single rooted permanent tooth. 2.Patients who are willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent. 3.Patients willing to comply with follow‐up visits.
