INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Combination of non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs and muscle relaxant: Combination of Ibuprofen 400 mg, Paracetamol 325 mg and Chlorzoxazone 250 mg. Twice a day after meal for 7 days Control Intervention1: Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy: Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation therapy 15 to 20 mins Twice in a week for 4 weeks 8 sittings CONDITION: Health Condition 1: K088‐ Other specified disorders of teethand supporting structures PRIMARY OUTCOME: 1. Mouth opening (measurement of interincisal distance in mm) ; 2. VAS score (using visual analogue scale ranging 0‐10) ; 3. Clicking sound (whether present or absent Y/N)Timepoint: 8 weeks SECONDARY OUTCOME: Adverse effects and recurrence of painTimepoint: Once in a month INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Patients of either gender above 21 years of age. 2. Patients having complaint of masticatory muscle pain. 3. Pain and tenderness in the masticatory muscles on palpation. 4. Patients who have not received any treatment for Myofascial pain, 3 months before the research participation.
