Ear Acupoint Seed Embedding Combined with Umbilical Moxibustion Therapy for Phlegm-Dampness Constitution Central Obesity: a Clinical Study

INTERVENTION: Control Group:Standardized health education and lifestyle guidance;Ear Acupoint Bean Embedment Group:Standardized health education and lifestyle guidance + ear acupoint seed embedding;Umbilical Moxibustion Group:Standardized health education and lifestyle guidance + umbilical moxibustion;Combination Therapy Group:Standardized health education and lifestyle guidance + ear acupoint seed embedding + umbilical moxibustion; CONDITION: Obesity PRIMARY OUTCOME: Basic physical indicators: including weight, BMI, body fat percentage, waist circumference, hip circumference, waist‐to‐hip ratio, and more.;Lipid Profile: including High‐Density Lipoprotein (HDL), Low‐Density Lipoprotein (LDL), Triglycerides, Total Cholesterol, and others.;Phlegm‐dampness constitution scoring;Weight loss efficacy; SECONDARY OUTCOME: TCM Syndrome Score;Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Syndrome Efficacy; INCLUSION CRITERIA: 1. Age: 18 to 65 years old, gender; 2. The results of traditional Chinese medicine constitution detection at the Health Examination Center of Xiamen University Affiliated First Hospital show phlegm‐dampness constitution; 3. Central obesity: Waist circumference (male =90 cm, female =85 cm) or waist‐to‐hip ratio (male =0.90, female =0.85); 4. Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
