Efficacy and Safety of Stent assisted Liang’s Internal drainage Trabecular Surgery: a prospective, randomized, positive parallel-controlled, open-label, multicenter, non-inferiority clinical trial

INTERVENTION: group1:Stent assisted Liangs Internal drainage Trabecular Surgery;group2:trabeculectomy; CONDITION: glaucoma PRIMARY OUTCOME: qualified success rate at 6 months; SECONDARY OUTCOME: complete success rate at 6 months;rate of obvious bleb represent;surgical failure;rate of postoperative interventions;IOP reduction;number of glaucoma medications;OSDI score;rate of complications;Corneal endothelial cell loss rate;corneal thickness;uncorrected visual acuity;BCVA; INCLUSION CRITERIA: (1)aged 18 to 75 years old (2)Patients with open‐angle glaucoma with two or more glaucoma medications with IOP > 21 mmHg; (3)Voluntarily participate in this clinical trial and sign the informed consent form.
