INTERVENTION: Intervention1: Endotracheal Intubation: Orotracheal intubation will be performed using conventional direct laryngoscope and video laryngoscope. The frequency, ease of intubation dependent upon patient factor, operator experience. The average time taken for intubation with direct laryngoscopy is 30‐50 seconds and for video laryngoscopy is 40‐60 seconds. Control Intervention1: Video laryngoscopy: Patients will undergo tracheal intubation using video laryngoscope TRUVIEW PCD multi‐choice video laryngoscope system under general anesthesia. Control Intervention2: Conventional direct laryngoscopy: Patient will undergo tracheal intubation using conventional Macintosh blade inside operating room under general anesthesia. CONDITION: Health Condition 1: ‐ Health Condition 2: H65‐H75‐ Diseases of middle ear and mastoid PRIMARY OUTCOME: Time to successful tracheal intubation seconds measured from insertion of laryngoscope blade to successful placement of endotracheal tube confirmed by capnographyTimepoint: 50 seconds SECONDARY OUTCOME: Difficulty experienced during intubation number of intubation attempts, incidence of airway trauma lip injury, dental injury, sore throat, drop in oxygen saturation SpO2 less than 90 percentage during intubation, & need for external laryngeal manipulation to optimize glottic view.Timepoint: 50 seconds INCLUSION CRITERIA: ASA Grade I II Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anesthesia Mallampati (MPG) I II BMI less than 30
